In March, we’re sending some of our members to New York City to represent UNA as Delegates to the 64th Session on the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW64)! CSW64 will take place March 9-20, 2020 at UN Headquarters and will focus on the review and appraisal of the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action.
We encourage you to follow our delegates’ journeys at CSW64 and learn more about UNA’s parallel events.
Follow our Delegates on Twitter!
UNA delegates are charged with attending sessions and sharing their experiences with the UNA network through blogs, Facebook, Twitter and a formal report. Furthermore, during this period, UNA Women conducts a session in the CSW NGO/NY conference and hosts a networking event for members in the area. Mark your calendars for these important international days, and check back with UNA Women to see how we’re taking action.
